Reporting to the Project Director(s), the Project Development Coordinator plays a key support role in the design, development, and implementation of real estate projects. They ensure the technical and administrative coordination of the various development stages, including managing professional stakeholders, tracking deliverables (plans and specifications), and preparing the documents required for project progress. Main Responsibilities: Development and Design Support Assist the Project Director(s) in the design, planning, and development phases of real estate projects.  Participate in the coordination of architects, engineers, consultants, and other professionals involved.  Contribute to the development, review, and monitoring of plans and specifications. Ensure consistency between concepts, technical requirements, budgets, and timelines. Project Coordination and Administration Prepare and monitor design and development timelines. Organize and participate in coordination meetings; draft and distribute meeting minutes. Monitor deliverables from professionals and report any issues or non-conformities. Manage project documentation (drawings, specifications, studies, correspondence, revisions). Technical and Regulatory Support Collaborate in the analysis of codes, municipal regulations, standards, and regulatory requirements. Conduct preliminary checks to ensure the compliance of plans and specifications. Support the preparation of documents for permit applications, authorizations, and approvals. Internal Collaboration and Budget Monitoring Collaborate with internal teams (estimating, construction, finance, operations, marketing, etc.). Assist in tracking design-related costs and professional fees. Contribute to improving project coordination and development processes. Manage the setup and relocation of the leasing office and the handover to operations. Qualifications and skills required College diploma (DEC) or bachelor's degree (BAC) in civil engineering, architecture, estimating, project management, construction, or any other relevant field. 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in real estate development, project coordination, or construction. Experience in a multidisciplinary environment (architects, engineers, consultants) is an asset. Good understanding of the design and real estate development phases. Ability to read and understand plans and specifications. Knowledge of building codes and the regulatory framework (an asset). Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management software (Project, Dreeven, etc.). Excellent communication and coordination skills (French and English). Assurer la cohérence entre les concepts, les exigences techniques, les budgets et les échéanciers. Coordination et administration de projets Préparer et assurer le suivi des   échéanciers de conception et de développement . Organiser et participer aux réunions de coordination; rédiger et diffuser les comptes rendus. Assurer le suivi des livrables des professionnels et signaler toute problématique ou non-conformité. Gérer la documentation de projet (dessins, devis, études, correspondances, révisions). Support technique et réglementaire Collaborer à l’analyse des   codes, règlements municipaux, normes et exigences réglementaires . Effectuer des vérifications préliminaires afin de s’assurer de la conformité des plans et devis. Soutenir la préparation des documents pour les   demandes de permis, autorisations et approbations . Collaboration interne et suivi budgétaire Collaborer avec les équipes internes (estimation, construction, finances, opérations, marketing, etc.). Aider au suivi des coûts liés à la conception et aux honoraires professionnels. Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus de coordination et de développement de projets. Gérer l’aménagement et le déménagement du bureau de location et le transfert aux opérations. Qualifications et compétences requises DEC ou BAC en   génie civil, architecture, estimation, gestion de projet, construction   ou tout autre domaine pertinent. 2 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente en   développement immobilier, coordination de projets ou construction . Expérience en environnement multidisciplinaire (architectes, ingénieurs, consultants) – un atout. Bonne compréhension des   phases de conception et de développement immobilier . Capacité à lire et comprendre des   plans et devis . Connaissance des codes du bâtiment et du cadre réglementaire (un atout). Maîtrise de la suite MS Office; connaissance de logiciels de gestion de projets (Project, Dreeven, etc.) Excellentes habiletés de   communication et de coordination   (français et anglais). Esprit d’équipe, autonomie et proactivité.
