          "text": "<p>As a Total Rewards Manager, you will own and continuously develop SIXT’s total rewards strategy to attract, motivate, and&#xa0;retain&#xa0;top talent. A key part of your role is to create and evolve SIXT’s Employee Value Proposition, ensuring our compensation, benefits, and rewards clearly reflect what makes SIXT&#xa0;a great place&#xa0;to grow.
