This unique hybrid role combines special education case management responsibilities with direct instructional support. You&#39;ll collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and service providers to ensure students receive high quality educational programming while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.</p><p data-start=\"864\" data-end=\"883\"><br></p><p data-start=\"864\" data-end=\"883\"><strong>What You&#39;ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li data-start=\"885\" data-end=\"985\">Coordinate and support IEP and 504 meetings while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations</li><li data-start=\"987\" data-end=\"1059\">Maintain accurate student records, documentation, and compliance reports</li><li data-start=\"1061\" data-end=\"1154\">Monitor and support the implementation of special education services outlined in student IEPs</li><li data-start=\"1156\" data-end=\"1304\">Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and outside agencies to address student needs and develop effective accommodations and supports</li><li data-start=\"1306\" data-end=\"1398\">Assist with identifying student needs and developing individualized instructional strategies</li><li data-start=\"1400\" data-end=\"1505\">Support testing accommodations and ensure students receive appropriate services during assessment windows</li><li data-start=\"1507\" data-end=\"1617\">Design and deliver specialized instruction aligned with student IEP goals and the general education curriculum</li><li data-start=\"1619\" data-end=\"1709\">Develop individualized educational goals, objectives, behavior plans, and transition plans</li><li data-start=\"1711\" data-end=\"1838\">Evaluate student progress, analyze assessment data, and make recommendations regarding curriculum and instructional programming</li><li data-start=\"1840\" data-end=\"1924\">Manage classroom organization and create a positive, productive learning environment</li><li data-start=\"1926\" data-end=\"2022\">Utilize de-escalation techniques and behavior For:</strong></p><ul><li data-start=\"2183\" data-end=\"2295\">Master&#39;s degree in Special Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field (degree may be in progress)</li><li data-start=\"2297\" data-end=\"2363\">Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement</li><li data-start=\"2365\" data-end=\"2469\">Supervisor, Administrator, or Director of Special Education certification preferred (may be in progress)</li><li data-start=\"2471\" data-end=\"2524\">Minimum of five years of special education experience</li><li data-start=\"2526\" data-end=\"2609\">Strong knowledge of K to 12 special education laws, regulations, and best practices</li><li data-start=\"2611\" data-end=\"2693\">Experience developing and implementing IEPs and individualized instructional plans</li><li data-start=\"2695\" data-end=\"2760\">Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills</li><li data-start=\"2762\" data-end=\"2833\">Strong
