The role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to consult with clients, perform site examinations, testing, and analysis, and prepare clear, concise, and professional engineering reports and findings. The role will include involvement in fire investigations, and candidates with fire investigation experience are encouraged to apply. Candidates without this experience will be trained in fire investigation work as part of their development in the role.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Role responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Perform site examinations, document review, and technical analysis related to electrical failures and forensic engineering investigations, including fire investigation work where applicable and with training provided as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Communicate findings clearly and effectively to clients and internal teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Support client interactions and gradually develop independence in managing files and technical assessments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Assist in managing project workflows, timelines, and deliverables</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Prepare technical reports based on sound engineering investigation and analysis</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Registered as a Professional Engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO), or actively working toward P.Eng. registration</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">4–6 years of post-graduate experience in a technical engineering environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Exposure to fire and electrical forensic investigations, fire investigation experience, or a strong interest in developing in this area</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">CFEI designation considered an asset</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Strong technical writing and reporting skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Excellent communication skills with ability to engage clients professionally</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
