    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>MISSION</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Project Engineer - Specials delivers custom solutions that extend Gilson&rsquo;s product capabilities. This role evaluates special requests, executes mechanical design, updated firmware/software, and coordinates with internal teams to deliver customer specific modifications. This role, as necessary and applicable, will support roadmap initiates driving innovation at Gilson INC.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Receive incoming requests for custom hardware and applications, work with sales, customers, and engineering to determine requirements of the request.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Design the system architecture based on the requirements of the request to determine areas for custom development and/or the use of existing product.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in the feasibility assessment and the decision to approve or reject the request.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work with management to allocate available resources within the group to approved Specials projects.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Track Specials projects and manage timelines to ensure timely delivery to customers.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Designs mechanical parts and assemblies primarily for (but not limited to) Gilson Specials.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists engineers, designers, and the product design teams in all aspects of mechanical design. Examples include component and enclosure design; packaging and manufacturability considerations; prototype fabrication and assembly.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Interact with existing vendors and develop new vendor relationships to purchase standard products or develop custom products.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Generate product documentation.
