This clinical site, is aimed at providing comprehensive family medical care. Working closely with the CMO, the Clinician </span><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-size: 10.0pt\">is responsible providing high-quality primary care, building collaborative teams, and developing clinical services in based on the needs of our patient community. The ideal candidate comes with a demonstrated commitment to working with vulnerable populations, as well as prior primary care and leadership experience. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-size: 10.0pt\"> </span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #444444; font-size: 10.0pt\">Marin City Health &amp; Wellness Center (MCHWC)</span><span style=\"color: #444444; font-size: 10.0pt\">is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides innovate health and wellness services to all, with the goal of African American health equity. At MCHWC we believe that a patient’s zip code should not impact the quality of care they receive. Through existing </span><span style=\"color: #1f1a17; font-size: 10.0pt\">clinic sites in Marin County and San Francisco</span><span style=\"color: #444444; font-size: 10.0pt\">, and our new site in San Rafael, we provide wrap-around services for children, adults and seniors, including medical, dental, behavioral health, substance use and homeless services.</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 10.0pt\"> </span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 10.0pt\">Marin City Health and Wellness (MCHWC) is </span><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-size: 10.0pt\">an eligible Federally Qualified Health Center in the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program.</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 10.0pt\"> </span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-size: 10.0pt\">Responsibilities:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">Develops and maintains clinical programs to deliver high-quality health care to our patients.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">In coordination with the clinical and operational leadership, provides input on the impact of clinic programs and policies on our patients and staff.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">Maintains existing and establish new partnerships with community partners serving our patients and their families.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">Maintains a working partnership with Marin Health and UCSF, in addition to other healthcare partner organizations.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">Assist in development of patient care policies, protocols, and procedures related to provision of women’s health care services.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">In cooperation with the Chief Medical Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Quality and Risk Manager, contributes to the implementation of a comprehensive quality management program related to women’s health services, including regular medical audits, protocol reviews, peer reviews, and tracking and reporting on appropriate clinical measures.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">Ongoing involvement in provider and staff recruitment and retention efforts.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">Provide direct patient care, with a standard of excellence appropriate for a clinical leader</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">Provide patient follow up and referrals as needed.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">Provide health education and counseling to patients, in a sensitive and supportive manner.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-size: 10.0pt\"> </span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-size: 10.0pt\">Qualifications:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">For CNM, FNP, WHNP: current California license, including furnishing license</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">Past work experience in leadership roles or positions.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">Demonstrated medical clinical skills.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">Interest in working with a diverse patient population in a community-based organization and sensitivity to their needs and health problems.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">Ability to communicate effectively and work with individuals from a wide range of ages, socio-economic, ethnic, racial backgrounds, and disabilities.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">Spanish language ability an asset.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">Ability to work well independently under minimum supervision.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">Valid California driver’s license, automobile, and automobile liability insurance.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">Experience with electronic health records, specifically Epic and/or eCW strongly preferred.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">Community health clinic background preferred.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">Experience as part of a team-based care model preferred.</span><br></li>\n</ul>",
