Join us in our journey towards continuous improvement and help us set the benchmark for quality in the battery manufacturing sector!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Quality Specialist opportunities available on 3rd shift.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Starting wages ranging from $31-$33 per hour with a shift differential.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>3rd shift - 8 hour shifts ranging from 10pm-7am depending on the start time</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor and evaluate quality standards in line with company policies.</li>\n <li>Conduct regular inspections and audits on incoming and outgoing products.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality-related issues.</li>\n <li>Analyze data to identify trends and implement corrective actions as needed.</li>\n <li>Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control procedures and best practices. (Lean Manufacturing/Continuous improvement concepts)</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain quality documentation, including reports and manuals.</li>\n <li>Assist in developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives.</li>\n <li>Examine batteries and accessories for defects.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably in manufacturing.</li>\n <li>Training in 5s, six sigma, or Lean Manufacturing preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of quality control standards and QA methodologies, quality management systems, and continuous improvement.</li>\n <li>Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.</li>\n <li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with relevant quality documents, management software and tools. (PFMEA) </li>\n <li>Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.</li>\n <li>Proficient with Microsoft Office.</li>\n <li>Adhere to all personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
