The primary objective of the Driver is providing safe, reliable, and efficient campus transportation to all GSU passengers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Interview hours: </strong>Monday - Friday 10am to 4pm</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Location: </strong>610 Bronner Brothers Way S.W., Atlanta, Georgia 30310</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>We Offer:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>$21.50/hr. </strong></li>\n <li>PAID Training!</li>\n <li>Weekends OFF!</li>\n <li>Drug free workplace.</li>\n <li>Room for growth/advancement.</li>\n <li>Benefits package (after the qualification & training periods).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>On-time passenger pick-up and delivery.</li>\n <li>Conducting pre and post trip inspections to ensure proper operating condition of vehicle and on-board equipment.</li>\n <li>Ensure safe and clean vehicle condition at the start and end of each shift.</li>\n <li>Communicating effectively with dispatch or central office via two-way radio.</li>\n <li>Provide excellent customer service including but not limited to assisting in the boarding and de-boarding of passengers, supplying information, and responding appropriately in the event of emergency.</li>\n <li>Employing all defensive driving techniques to minimize risk.</li>\n <li>Focus on safety to reduce the opportunity for injury to self or other employees.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Talent Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.</li>\n <li>Ability to read, write and speak the English language clearly.</li>\n <li>Ability to navigate the service area through use of maps, and knowledge of service area.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively with passengers, passenger representatives and system staff.</li>\n <li>Ability to provide excellent customer service.</li>\n <li>Ability to demonstrate professional demeanor and appearance.</li>\n <li>Maintain a strong attendance record.</li>\n <li>Follow company safety and operational rules and procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>During the course of employment, employees may receive and have access to confidential information.
