Under general guidance, ths role will be responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance and repair of campus facility equipment essential to building operations including, HVAC, boilers, chillers, fans, etc. This position will ensure all systems run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with applicable codes and regulations. This position will also support leadership in the management of contractors. Basic understanding of English, both written and oral.</li>\n <li>Advanced computer skills (e.g., software, building automation and Microsoft Office).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>We are an equal opportunity employer.
