Responsible for following up on accounts receivable and resolving delinquent accounts. Responsible for performing all duties in accordance with Practice policies and procedures.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>REQUIRED:</p>\n<p>1. High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).</p>\n<p>2. 1 year insurance collections/AR receivables experience</p>\n<p>3. Detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.</p>\n<p>4. Able to communicate with insurance representatives and patients in a professional manner.</p>\n<p>5. Knowledge of HMO, PPO, Managed Care and Indemnity plans</p>\n<p>6. Knowledge of current ICD codes and CPT codes</p>\n<p>7. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing good customer service</p>\n<p>PREFERRED:</p>\n<p>1.
