Responsibilities include roleplaying clinical scenarios with AI agents, red teaming, identifying behavioral edge cases, and supporting accurate identification and response to psychological distress.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role may also involve developing <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">psychometrics, rubrics, behavioral taxonomies, and evaluations</span>, with strict attention to ethics, safety, and current best practices in clinical AI.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Be Doing</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Responsibilities vary by project and may include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Designing and testing AI chat scenarios</li>\n<li>Conducting qualitative conversation analysis</li>\n<li>Developing behavioral taxonomies, personas, and evaluation rubrics</li>\n<li>Providing expert feedback on internal mental health policy</li>\n<li>Collaborating with engineers and researchers on safety metrics</li>\n<li>Documenting edge cases and model failures</li>\n<li>Supporting testing and fine-tuning through structured scenarios</li>\n<li>Maintaining strict confidentiality and QA standards</li>\n<li>Participating in interdisciplinary review sessions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What We're Looking For</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Successful candidates are proactive, reliable, communicative, and comfortable balancing independent work with collaboration.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Basic Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We are specifically seeking fluent Japanese speakers.
