Your job will be to speak with homeowners, generate interest in roof inspections, and help schedule appointments.</p>\n<p>This is a great role for energetic, confident people who enjoy interacting with others and want the opportunity to earn strong incentive pay.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work at home shows, retail locations, and local events</li>\n<li>Canvass neighborhood around jobs being installed</li>\n<li>Speak with homeowners and generate qualified leads</li>\n<li>Help schedule roof inspections</li>\n<li>Set up and break down event booths</li>\n<li>Represent the company professionally and positively</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hourly pay: $18–$30/hr</li>\n<li>Additional performance incentives</li>\n<li>High performers consistently earn well above hourly pay</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mostly evenings and weekends</li>\n<li>Flexible scheduling</li>\n<li>Part-time to start, with opportunity for more hours</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Friendly, outgoing personality</li>\n<li>Comfortable approaching and talking with strangers</li>\n<li>Reliable and punctual</li>\n<li>Ability to stand and work events for several hours</li>\n<li>Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Opportunities for Growth</span><br>We are building a local events team and prefer to promote from within.
