This is a hands-on, player-coach role where you’ll oversee vehicle testing operations, safety compliance, and team performance.<br><br><strong>What</strong> <strong>You’ll</strong> <strong>Do</strong><ul><li>Supervise and coach vehicle operators (VOs) during AV testing</li><li>Ensure safety protocols, SOP compliance, and operational excellence</li><li>Support software + hardware testing workflows in autonomous vehicles</li><li>Manage shift schedules, reporting, and team coordination</li><li>Provide performance feedback and real-time coaching</li><li>Act as liaison between operations, contractors, and leadership</li></ul><br><strong>Requirements</strong><ul><li>2+ years Autonomous Vehicle Operator (AVO/AVT) experience</li><li>Active AVT permit</li><li>Prior leadership / supervisory experience</li><li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills</li><li>Clean driving record</li></ul><br><strong>Preferred</strong><ul><li>Experience in autonomous vehicle industry / fleet operations</li><li>Background as Team Lead, Instructor, or Supervisor</li><li>Familiarity with Zoox or similar AV systems</li></ul><strong>Multiple</strong> <strong>shifts</strong> <strong>available</strong> (<strong>day</strong> <strong>&</strong> <strong>evening</strong>)<br><br><strong>How</strong> <strong>to</strong> <strong>Apply</strong> <br>Submit your updated CV and complete the screening questions.
