Description

Overview Lead Compassion. Inspire Excellence. Elevate Hospice Care. We are seeking a Senior Patient Care RN Manager to join our hospice team. Reporting directly to the Executive Director or Administrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining a high-performing hospice program by managing patient care activities, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulatory standards. Position for the Weekends to cover Fairfax, Beltsville (MD) and Warrenton. This candidate would need to know our processes and systems and have the ability to be trained during the week. Strong leader to handle the role of scheduling new admissions, connecting to referral partners to follow up on leads and move them to admission over the weekend. Handle any on call scenario that currently goes to the AOC for these 3 branches. In addition, be responsible for all workflow in HCHB that flows to the weekend. Have the ability to complete Docusign consents. Be a resource to the on-call field staff and readily available to support them remotely.
