In this role, you’ll manage a K–2 caseload of approximately 27 students, providing direct and indirect social-emotional support, collaborating closely with teachers and related service providers, and participating in IEP and team meetings. You’ll help students build essential skills in self-regulation, social problem-solving, and overall school adjustment so they can succeed in the classroom and beyond. You’ll be on-site throughout the school week, partnering with students, families, and staff to identify needs, design interventions, and support a positive school climate.
