We’re not just hiring a marketer — we’re hiring a builder. CWF Restoration   is a leading force in the restoration industry, and we’re looking for a seasoned business development leader to own and grow our B2B referral partnerships. Your focus: plumbing companies, mechanical contractors, and other high-value sources. Despite the executive-sounding title, this role is hands-on — you’ll be in the trenches, building relationships and driving results every day. Your Mission Take charge of a portfolio of 450+ potential referral partners. You’ll build the systems, own your territory, and generate inbound restoration leads by being visible, trusted, and everywhere that matters — spending four days a week on the road building relationships and closing accounts. Compensation Base Salary:   $90K–$110K Uncapped Commission OTE:   $200K–$300K+ for top performers You’re a Fit If You: Have a background in   pharma, construction, or insurance-based sales You walk in with confidence, earn trust fast, and know how to close without the hard sell Thrive on the road 4 days a week Love creating   routes, systems, and repeatable growth strategies Are ready to leave behind small-ball roles and   build something big Local travel required   — Vehicle provided with gas!!
