          "text": "<p>Reporting to the Junior Associate Director, Business Process Outsourcing, this role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with Investment Manager systems and teams, gaining valuable insight into back-office operations from the Investment Manager’s perspective. Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Review and approve&#xa0;<strong>Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations</strong>&#xa0;prepared by third-party administrators, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and resolving discrepancies as needed.</li><li><strong>Calculate fund management</strong>&#xa0;and&#xa0;<strong>incentive fees</strong>&#xa0;according to the fund’s legal structure.</li><li><strong>Review Investor Reports</strong>&#xa0;prior to distribution to the investors.</li><li><strong>General oversight of fund allocation</strong>&#xa0;including making investor distributions, capital calls, annual audited financial statement review, and any ad hoc requests/inquiries from the investors.</li><li>Liaise with various departments to ensure accurate and on-time maintenance of funds.</li></ul>",
