Your mission is to make sure our partners can deliver the components and kits we need on time, at the right quality, and at the right cost. This means taking ownership of scaling production from hundreds of pumps per week to thousands per month, managing the complexity of multiple product lines, and ensuring everything runs smoothly as we prepare for the launch of our new product. <br><br>You’ll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to solve problems, improve processes, and keep production moving. When challenges arise, whether it’s a design issue, a capacity bottleneck, or a yield loss, you’ll lead the effort to find solutions and implement changes.
