Job description Sherwood Bedding, a national mattress manufacturer, is currently seeking a Sewing Supervisor for the second shift to join our team. Responsibilities and Duties Position responsibilities include but are not limited to: Organize work flow to ensure all production schedules are completed in a timely manner and in the proper order. Ensure that the proper materials are being used and quality standards are met Develop and train personnel Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory as directed Ensure a safe work environment for all employees. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., frequent standing, walking, pulling, pushing, and stooping. Qualifications and Skills Basic knowledge of sewing and quilting machines preferred Experience in manufacturing required
