          "text": "<p>As the Construction Manager - Electrical, this role supports the Electric division by providing on-site construction supervision for industrial electrical projects across multiple states. You’ll be responsible for overseeing crews, managing field operations, and ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and execution throughout the life of a project. Success in this role means delivering a well-coordinated job site that stays on schedule and meets performance expectations, all while upholding KE’s commitment to Safety, People, Passion, and Performance. If you're someone who takes pride in doing things the right way and thrives in a fast-moving environment, this position is built for you.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><p>As the Construction Manager - Electrical, you’ll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:</p><ul><li>Lead on-site planning, material and equipment management, and job site safety</li><li>Oversee and report daily progress to the project team</li><li>Interpret and manage project execution based on drawings and installation standards</li><li>Support project benchmarking, stakeholder reviews, and process approvals</li><li>Coordinate with project managers on planning, scheduling, cost tracking, and material procurement</li><li>Supervise field crews and subcontractors to keep work on schedule and within budget</li><li>Conduct tailgate safety meetings and ensure JHA completion</li><li>Enforce safety protocols and document incidents</li><li>Provide feedback, coaching, and mentorship to on-site personnel</li><li>Participate in constructability reviews and help define execution strategies</li><li>Review timecards and job costs for accuracy and accountability</li><li>Lead by example and jump in on-site when needed</li><li>Build and maintain a 3-week lookahead schedule</li><li>Act as the on-site KE representative for inspectors, landowners, and OSHA visits</li><li>Support documentation, change orders, and construction-related administration</li></ul>",
