Valid CT Driver&rsquo;s License and clean driving record required. &nbsp;Must be at least 21 years of age. &nbsp;Bilingual Spanish/English speaking preferred to meet the needs of the clients. Must be able to address and take control of difficult situations in the moment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. &nbsp;Experience working with children and families strongly preferred. &nbsp;Possess the following certifications, or be eligible to obtain these after hire: &nbsp;Adult/Child CPR &amp; First Aid, Therapeutic Crisis Intervention, Visit Coaching Model Training, and additional DCF trainings as determined by the program.</span></p><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
