    "description_html": "<div class=\"job_description\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Summary of Principal Job Responsibility &amp; Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Merchandiser and promoter job tasks.</p><p>WORKING LOCATION : CENTRAL / SOUTHERN / NORTHERN / EAST COAST.</p><p><strong>Merchandiser Task (4 Days/Week)</strong></p><ul><li>Complete visitation schedule.</li><li>Promotion Display set up.</li><li>Product replenishment.</li><li>Daily Out of Stock (OOS) tracking and reporting.</li><li>Inventory tracking.</li><li>Share Of Shelf (SOS) tracking.</li><li>Price checking.</li><li>Competitor activity tracking.</li><li>Stock rotation FIFO.</li><li>Ensue 100% product cleanliness / hygiene.</li><li>Prompting urgent &amp; critical issues to respective Team Leader.</li><li>Provide information on coming Stock Takes.</li><li>Perform audit once every 2-3 months on selected competitors SKUs.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-bottom:11px;\"><b style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;\">Promoter Task (2 Days/Week on Weekend)</b></p><ul><li style=\"margin-bottom:11px;\">Activation Tasks include sampling / survey / demos.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:11px;\">Push promo sales and promote new product.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:11px;\">Merchandiser's tasks.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:11px;\">Sales target day per outlet execution.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:11px;\">Sampling target.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:11px;\">Conversion (depending on campaign objectives).</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:11px;\">DAD (data collection via QR code) then usually samples be given out via PD (promoter) or vouchers to be download.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:11px;\">Shoppers feedback on category / brand / format usage.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:11px;\">Competitors updates.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:8px;margin-bottom:11px;\">&#160;</p><p><strong>Academic Qualification(s):</strong></p><p>Candidates must possess at least SPM or above.</p><p>&#160;</p><p><strong>Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):</strong></p><ul><li>Able to speak fluent Malay and English.&#160;</li><li>Work as promoter or merchandiser&#160;before.</li><li>Friendly &amp; have sales experience will an advantage.</li><li>Able to start work on July 2022.</li></ul><p>&#160;</p><p><strong>Salary Range: </strong>RM 1,800- RM 2,960</p>",
