The candidate must complete 90 days and be in good standing with the company, for the referral to be paid out.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Principle Activities and Responsibilities:</strong> &nbsp;</p><ul><li>Performs all maintenance, including but not limited to preventative, corrective, emergency, contracted, and warranty service on all equipment throughout the plant. &nbsp;</li><li>Identifies, repairs and documents electrical and instrumentation equipment malfunctions. Discuss software problems in PLC for equipment operation and control with Facility Managers as required. &nbsp;</li><li>Conducts predictive analysis of all systems and equipment periodically to update PM system.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures completion of work orders based on schedule and priority or as required. &nbsp;</li><li>Monitors equipment on a regular basis and documents results. &nbsp;</li><li>Installs and tests new equipment in accordance with manufacturer&#39;s recommendations and standard safety procedures. &nbsp;</li><li>Supports all company and corporate policies and procedures. &nbsp;</li><li>Performs any general work or other assignments necessary to ensure the safe, clean, and efficient operation of the facility. &nbsp;</li><li>If no work will ask managers and assist where needed.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Experience:</strong> &nbsp;</p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years&rsquo; experience in manufacturing maintenance and operation. &nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 2 years&rsquo; experience with hydraulic powered units. &nbsp;</li><li>Experience in troubleshooting and repair of flow meters, PLC&#39;s, VFD&#39;s, transmitters, motors, switch gear and other process control equipment.
