This individual is responsible for ensuring that guests feel welcome and comfortable in accordance with Belterra Casino Resort customer service standards.</p><p>The Host/Cashier:</p><ul><li>Is responsible for actively building and retaining customer relations and acts as a mentor to other employees while providing superior customer service.</li><li>Has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers.</li><li>Greets guests in a friendly, courteous manner and arranges for seating; monitors room atmosphere.</li><li>Provides information on all aspects of Boyd Gaming’s services and facilities to guests.</li><li>Quotes accurate waiting times and handles guest waiting lists or reservations in accordance with established procedures.</li><li>Is responsible for the pickup, countdown and return of cash bank from miscellaneous count.</li><li>Opens register, prepares and completes all paperwork for assigned outlet in an organized manner.</li><li>Answers inquiries before completing sales transactions</li></ul>",
