This role contributes to product quality and production efficiency by performing detailed installation work, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and following construction specifications and safety standards in a controlled manufacturing setting.</p>\n<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Inspect, assemble, and install kitchen cabinets and related materials according to specifications</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform cabinet and countertop installations by following detailed written, illustrated, and verbal instructions</p></li>\n <li><p>Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and purchase orders</p></li>\n <li><p>Complete trim work and finish details to meet quality standards</p></li>\n <li><p>Use tools and equipment such as cop saws, nail guns, and angle saws safely and effectively</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and supplies</p></li>\n <li><p>Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards</p></li>\n <li><p>Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of required personal protective equipment (PPE)</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain positive working relationships with coworkers to support a cooperative and productive environment</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform additional duties as assigned to support production needs</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong></h2>\n<p>Required:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>High school diploma or equivalent</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to read and understand blueprints and purchase orders</p></li>\n <li><p>Skilled use of cabinet installation tools, including cop saws, nail guns, and angle saws</p></li>\n <li><p>Knowledge of different wood grains and species</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong attention to detail and order accuracy</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to perform overhead physical work for extended periods</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to use mathematics and measuring devices to calculate length, width, height, and depth</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to lift up to 80 pounds consistently</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Work Environment & Physical Requirements</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Work performed in a manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts</p></li>\n <li><p>Moderate noise levels; hearing protection may be required in certain areas</p></li>\n <li><p>Use of safety glasses and other PPE required in designated manufacturing zones</p></li>\n <li><p>Frequent standing and walking for extended periods</p></li>\n <li><p>Regular lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying of materials up to 80 pounds</p></li>\n <li><p>Requires manual dexterity, multi-limb coordination, stamina, and physical endurance</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Schedule</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Full-time schedule, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.</p></li>\n <li><p>Evening work may be required based on production demands</p></li>\n <li><p>Travel is not expected for this role</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Why Join This Team?</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>A mission-driven culture dedicated to economic advancement and community impact</p></li>\n <li><p>Guided by strong <strong>NATIVE</strong> values and tribal-owned purpose</p></li>\n <li><p>Career stability and opportunities across diverse industries</p></li>\n <li><p>A collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and professional growth</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Our Commitment to Diversity</strong></h2>\n<p>Dynamic Homes LLC & Ho-Chunk, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
