Join our innovative team as we transform healthcare in America, one patient at a time. \n\nAmaze Health is searching for an RN who can provide nursing care to mental health patients in a telemedicine environment and navigate the complex healthcare system to ensure the best care for the patient. We are in all 50 states and provide bridge services to decrease the gap in mental health support for patients across the country. Amaze is searching for someone who fits our model, who not only enjoys providing patient care and reducing stigma but also enjoys the dynamic of assisting clients in need with brief interventions with our mental health urgent care model. Our unique model allows nurses to work autonomously while supported by an interdisciplinary team of providers such as social workers, therapists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, family practitioners and other psychiatric nurses. Patients include children, adults and families.\n\n Candidates must have a compact RN license. CA license is a plus. \n\n Requirements\n\n Partner with individuals to achieve their recovery goals\n Provide health promotion and maintenance\n Conduct intake screening, evaluation, and triage\n Provide Case management\n Teach self care activities\n Administer and monitor psychobiological treatment regimens\n Practice crisis intervention and stabilization\n Engage in psychiatric rehabilitation and intervention\n Educate patients, families, and communities\n Coordinate care\n Work within interdisciplinary teams\n Telemedicine experience preferred; training provided\n Active unrestricted compact nursing license is required\n\nCandidates must live in the Denver metro area and be willing to work at our office located in the DTC at I25 and Bellview.\n\nPay range is $30 $45/hr\n\n Benefits\n\nThis position is a full time benefited role.
