This role includes conducting home visits, facilitating parenting groups, and collaborating with community partners to promote family well-being and child development.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>COMPENSATION: $22.54 - $22.80/hr DOE</span></p>\n<p><span>EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time or Part-Time </span></p>\n<p><span>HOURS: Monday-Friday</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>ABOUT ONE HEALTH:</span></p>\n<p><span>With multiple clinic sites across Montana and Wyoming, One Health provides medical, dental, pharmacy, behavioral health, and community and public health services to rural populations through an integrated approach to health care.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>Benefits</span><span>:  We offer a competitive compensation package that includes paid time off, ten paid holidays, discounted health care for employees and their family members, as well as health, dental, &amp; vision insurance, health savings account, and matching retirement plan for all employees working at least 20 hours/week. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS: </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Education/Certificates/Licenses: </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>High school Diploma or GED</span></li>\n<li><span>Valid driver's license</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Child Development, or related field</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Experience:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Two (2) years' experience with maternal/child health, child development, and/or public health</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience working with families with young children</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience using parenting skills curricula</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience working with families with limited resources and/or special needs</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience leading and/or working in small groups</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience teaching or presenting to individuals and groups</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience with computers (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</span><br></p>\n<ol>\n<li>Use the Parents As Teachers curriculum (training provided) to work directly with parents and young children every day.</li>\n<li>Provide information on child development and effective parenting techniques.</li>\n<li>Screen and/or assess children for physical, cognitive and social-emotional development.</li>\n<li>Accurately record and maintain family visit records in a timely manner using an online database.</li>\n<li>Connect and refer families to community resources.</li>\n<li>Plan and run group events for families.</li>\n<li>Market the program and recruit families.</li>\n<li>Travel and/or participate in required local, regional and virtual meetings for training and collaboration.</li>\n<li>Report to work as scheduled and work a flexible schedule when needed.
