    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.23.14/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"> <strong>Essential Job Duties include, but are not limited to:</strong><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Provide Mental Health consultation to child care personnel, and program and case consultation at child care centers &amp;/or family child care homes.</li><li>Provide on-site mental health services to children from 0-5 years old individually, to their families, and in groups.</li><li>Provide on-site parenting classes &amp;/or support groups to the families with children 0-5.</li><li>Provide on-site in-service training to child care personnel on mental health related topics.</li><li>Provide appropriate referrals and case management as needed.</li><li>Attend required staff meetings, group and individual supervision meetings, in-service meetings, trainings, and community meetings as requested by the project coordinator &amp;/or program director.</li><li>Provide other mental health services to children &amp; families as part of the continuum of care.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Job Info</strong><strong>:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Some evening and weekends may be required.</li><li>On-site services may require traveling within the city of San Francisco via public transportation &amp;/or driving own vehicle.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Required Educational level or Equivalent Experience: &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>At least Masters Degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or other related disciplines, required.</li><li>Knowledge of healthy child development, required.</li><li>Board of Behavioral Sciences registered or eligible to register, required.</li><li>Experience working with young children and their families.</li><li>Experience working with immigrant children 0-5 years old and their families, preferred.</li><li>Experience in child care settings, both center-based and family child care, highly recommended.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in mental health consultation helpful.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to provide bilingual services in fluent Cantonese and/or Mandarin.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Other Job Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Demonstrated experience and thorough knowledge of working with various populations with different income levels, ethnicities, and languages (this position works specifically with immigrant &amp; minority children &amp; their families, most of whom are of low socioeconomic status).</li><li>Understanding of the childcare culture &amp; community.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li><li>Familiarity with community behavioral health systems of care in San Francisco, including the philosophy of care, levels of care for clinical services, and the delivery of such services, highly preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with the San Francisco community resources/services (may include health, mental health, substance&nbsp;abuse, vocational, housing, etc), highly preferred.</li><li>Strong commitment to the philosophy, goals, &amp; mission of RAMS in providing community-based, culturally competent, and consumer-guided mental health services to the community.</li><li>Commitment to engaging in professional development activities such as trainings, continuing education seminars, case conferences, and reviewing up-to-date material, etc., as related to treatment strategies for the population of Fu Yau.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and interact professionally with a diverse, multi-cultural, and interdisciplinary staff of all levels. &nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work and function independently, and as a team player of the Fu Yau project, and with the child care site assigned.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
