You will ensure that every component, from custom made-to-spec parts to basic shop supplies - is accounted for, organized, and ready for assembly. This is a permanent, hourly role starting with morning shifts (Monday–Friday), offering a high-impact opportunity to grow alongside the company and transition into a full-time position as our $21-25/hr</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Structure:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">In-Office</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Location: Kitchener</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Part-time AM with opportunity to move to Full-Time after a few months</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">20-30 hours/week </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Job Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Inventory Management:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Performing regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain accurate inventory location records</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Work with Purchasing to transact parts in and out of inventory</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Receiving POs into inventory</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Processing ECNs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Managing inventory obsoletion and assist in selling off legacy components</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the shop floor</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Logistics Support:</span><br>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Track and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and provide daily updates on ETAs for critical components</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Shipping packages domestically and internationally, primarily to the US</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Customs compliance (USMCA, Customs Invoices, HS/HTS Codes, etc.)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Booking and coordinating LTL shipments</span></li>\n<li><br></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Purchasing Support:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Placing orders for office, break room, and shop supplies</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> Maintaining vendor documentation, including lead times, pricing records, and quality certifications</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manual data entry for incoming invoices to ensure financial accuracy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Data collection and analysis to identify inventory trends and forecast shortages</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Implementing and maintaining Min/Max Stock to trigger timely re-orders</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">General: </span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Administrative tasks around the office as required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Assist Production with assembly kitting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to work mornings Monday-Friday</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Required Skills/Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">1–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a fast-paced administrative role (Internship experience in a hardware environment is a major plus)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">High technical aptitude/proficient ability to navigate various platforms and applications</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with Google Suite, especially Google Sheets/Excel</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Knowledge of Inventory, Bill of Materials and ECNs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Highly attentive to detail</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent written communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Unmatched organizational
