These are the people we are looking to hire as a part of our team here at No. 1 Collision.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>With that being said, please find a list below of some of the roles and responsibilities expected from someone in this position:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete rock chip repairs.</li>\n<li>Installation of windshields and door glass.</li>\n<li>Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of your station is maintained.</li>\n<li>Consistently meet or exceed technical standards and ensure that the company’s quality, safety, and other procedures are complied with.</li>\n<li>Repair and Replace auto glass.</li>\n<li>Insure the efficient use of materials.</li>\n<li>Maintain adequate stock of glazing accessories on vehicle.</li>\n<li>Perform the duties of the job always keeping safety in mind.</li>\n<li>Maintain a spirit of cooperation, respect, and teamwork.</li>\n<li>Always treat all customers with respect.</li>\n<li>Always treat all fellow employees with respect.</li>\n<li>Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition.</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Below is also a list of skills/qualifications that would also be helpful for this position:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Glass ticket (Red Seal)</li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment</li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and detail oriented</li>\n<li>3+ years’ experience of Auto Glass Repair</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of computers</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>No. 1 Collision Group and Mercedes–Benz Collision Richmond will always provide the best for our people, as we value them and the commitment they make to the growth of this organization.
