BridgeWorks is looking to Grow! We are seeking an out going friendly personality with experience in the recruiting world. This person will help hire for current openings and will begin to build their own accounts to manage. Having connections in the upstate and experience recruiting new accounts is a plus. Basic Job Description: Summary/Purpose of Position: The Recruiter Coordinator is responsible for building new accounts and recruiting for existing accounts. They are responsible for the candidate on-boarding process, continuing care, administrative processes and recruiting. Each applicant should be provided a rich holistic experience in which all legal processes for employment are followed. The position will also provide ongoing support to the employees/staff of BridgeWorks to resolve any concerns involving but not limited to complaints, pay concerns, discrimination claims, time adjustments and documentation updates. The Recruiter Coordinator also assists with ensuring client companies' needs are being met and surpassed, while ensuring relationships and lines of communication remain healthy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Account Building Represent BridgeWorks in a professional manner to sell new accounts under the supervision of the director. Create and follow up on leads with new companies. Perform site visits to meet with HR and Executives and learn about what is needed to provide individualized services for new and existing companies. Actively pursue existing accounts for new orders of staffing needs. Ensure great continuing care with current accounts. Aid in following up on any concerns with companies. Follow ADP Workforce Now process including candidate screenings, phone interviews, submit applicants to clients for review, follow up with applicant and client to arrange interviews and other requirements needed per client. Check in with Candidate right before the interview time to ensure they are there. Follow up with Candidate following the interview. Bring new and innovative ideas and resources for recruiting. Candidate On-boarding Processing online applications and paper applications. Issue New Hire Paperwork through ADP. Complete required employer new hire paperwork. Complete Direct Deposit information with Employee (Set up direct deposit or pay card). Ensure completion of all qualification including driving, background checks and drug screens. Make sure employee has all needed information for start date. Administrative Process any Employment Verifications, Wage Levies, Unemployment Benefits, etc. from DEW, DOR etc. Digital "filing" of all employee files and documents. Continuing Care- Assist in resolving employee issues, concerns, and complaints. Examples may be pay concerns, discrimination claims, time adjustments, documentation, file updates, etc. Qualifications: Education or equivalent experience: High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of experience in a similar setting of hiring and/or staffing. Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business field preferred. Strong HR expertise and experience desirable. Ability to communicate effectively across multiple platforms and technologies. Strong computer and database skills required. Ability to self-manage and complete job duties from office and home/nontraditional office location. License/Certification: None required. Other: Will have satisfactory criminal history and background check determination. Primary Hours 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, Flexible hours as job requires throughout rest of the week. Agree without reservation with the Doctrinal Statement of Miracle Hill. Have a passion for evangelism and the spiritual welfare of all served by the ministry to include: guests, volunteers, customers, contributors, and staff. Demonstrate spiritual maturity commensurate with the requirements of your position. Christian conduct encompasses the biblical principles of humility, integrity and compassion to guide us to act professionally and ethically at all time. Miracle Hill Ministries understands that we have all fallen short in our past but the employees are expected to practice Christian conduct at Miracle Hill including: Abstain from the use of illegal drugs or the inappropriate use of medication. Abstain from activities or addictions that have a detrimental effect on guests or the reputation of the ministry. According to the teachings of Romans 14:13-23, we are to keep from becoming a stumbling block to those within the ministry who may be apt to addiction. It is important to exercise biblical discretion by restricting your freedom in public to include: use of addictive substances such as alcohol or tobacco, choice of literature, and the choice of entertainment. It is important to demonstrate sound judgment that is based on biblical principles that displays evidence of spiritual growth and maturity. (Titus 2:11-12). Relationships, particularly with the opposite sex, are above reproach. Live free of sexual sin (to include pornographic materials, homosexual conduct, and extra-marital relationships). Respect the sanctity of life from conception until death in God's timing.
