    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">SUMMARY</p><p>The Production Operator III at Lithion Battery is an advanced manufacturing role responsible for independently performing complex battery assembly operations, supporting production efficiency, and serving as a technical resource on the production floor. This position requires a high level of proficiency in multiple assembly processes, the ability to troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and active participation in continuous improvement initiatives.
