Ever.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>$90000 - $120000 / year</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Summary:</strong></p>\n<p>The Clinic Director for Team Rehabilitation is a unique model for the Physical Therapist who wants to have ownership in a clinic while still having the support of a company. This leadership role’s primary responsibilities are developing and growing an outpatient physical therapy clinic.  The only way to drive success is in providing exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care while regularly exceeding industry standards.</p>\n<p><strong>Strategic Planning:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <ul>\n  <li><strong>This is a partnership</strong>.  The Clinic Director is key in clinic set up.  Will provide input on Medical Director (if any), clinic location and clinic layout.</li>\n  <li>Select and order the clinic equipment, taking into consideration patient population and specialties. </li>\n  <li>Take control of Quality of Care in the clinic.  Taking a patient-centered approach so that each patient receives the care that is unique to their goals and objectives.</li>\n  <li>The Clinic Director has all the normal responsibilities of a Physical Therapist with the addition of hiring and managing the right staff.</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Marketing:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <ul>\n  <li>Supporting the Marketing Reps and fellow clinics’ marketing initiatives are a key component in both the success of the clinic and of Team Rehabilitation. </li>\n  <li>Maintain relationships with the medical director and other key physicians to promote Team’s commitment to care and increase patient referrals. </li>\n  <li>Attend lunches and functions set up by Marketing. </li>\n  <li>Ensure that the clinic is a positive influence in the community.  </li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Financial and Operational Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <ul>\n  <li>Keep the clinic full of patients by overseeing scheduling and treatments that will enhance the patient’s experience.  </li>\n  <li>Manage productivity.  Define and set clear, reasonable and measurable expectations.</li>\n  <li>Manage the clinic budget to make financial decisions that supports the clinic’s overall financial health.</li>\n  <li>Be aware of clinic expenses, such as patient travel, office supplies and medical supplies.</li>\n  <li>Continuously foster a collaborative work environment.  Team Rehab is dedicated to fostering an environment where people from all backgrounds are respected and encouraged.  </li>\n  <li>Make sure that the clinic complies with all state and federal healthcare regulations. Part of those responsibilities include staying in touch with ever-changing healthcare laws and policies and ensuring the clinic is in compliance. </li>\n  <li>Team Rehab employees are our biggest asset so enforcing policies to maintain a safe and positive working environment. </li>\n  <li>Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement. </li>\n  <li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize clinic performance and profitability.</li>\n  <li>Give input on policies, procedures and strategy to ensure that all Team Rehabilitation clinics provide the highest quality of care.</li>\n  <li>Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.  </li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy</li>\n <li>Desire to own/run clinic</li>\n <li>5+ years of proven experience with track record of exceptional patient care</li>\n <li>Dedicated to education and training with a desire to continue to grow as a Physical Therapist</li>\n <li>Must be committed to Team’s initiative of making DEI a priority - bringing a sense of belonging and empowerment within a diverse workforce</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#CB</p>",
