We understand that every individual is different, and we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels heard, valued, and empowered to achieve their goals.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; text-decoration: underline\">Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Facilitate and assist in the development and identification of resources and support information for clients and their families.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Assist in the development and implementation of assessment tools, to conduct functional assessments and analyses when appropriate, and to develop appropriate behavior strategies to facilitate target behavior and reduce maladaptive behaviors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Provide ongoing support and training to direct support professionals, ABA implementers, and other individuals in support roles for families.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ongoing training and supervision of paraprofessional staff in implementation of ABA principles and methodology and behavior reduction strategies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Utilize Catalyst to establish baseline and programmatic efficacy for all consumers, and to analyze data on a frequent and ongoing basis to guide programming.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Develop behavior plans/treatment plans with a focus on and other antecedent strategies for reducing problematic behavior(s).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Meet as needed with supervised staff to discuss ongoing consumer issues and to provide support when necessary.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Review and sign behavior plan/treatment plan training for all field staff and provide field supervision when necessary.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Keep current with the literature, new research findings and resources.
