The ideal candidate will have a rich clientelling background, passion for operations, and entrepreneurial spirit.</p>\n<h2>Specific Responsibilities Would Include</h2>\n<p>This position is responsible for supporting overall sales in the store, staff, merchandise and customer service, while promoting a sales culture to build productivity and passion for the brand. The person in this role will ensure that all internal and external customers receive exemplary service and receive positive store/brand experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Achieve and exceed individual sales goals set by Store Management Team</li>\n <li>Actively engage with customers by identifying needs, relaying product information, and providing prompt assistance</li>\n <li>Develop new relationships while maintaining existing clientele</li>\n <li>Maintain and continually develop a personal clientele book by regularly communicating and following up with customers</li>\n <li>Actively participate in merchandising projects (i.e., daily stock maintenance, floor changeovers, product transfers, etc.)</li>\n <li>Assist store management and staff with driving store initiatives.</li>\n <li>Actively support securing company assets through effective Loss Prevention in compliance with company policies and procedures</li>\n <li>Demonstrates professional appearance and conduct; upholds the brand style and dress code</li>\n <li>Additional duties/responsibilities may be assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 2 years of consistently strong selling performance and clientele experience in an elevated contemporary brand</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>A strong commitment to customer service and teamwork</li>\n <li>Excellent brand and product knowledge</li>\n <li>Flexibility to work a retail schedule which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays</li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds of merchandise</li>\n <li>Knowledge of POS; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Salary Range: $25-$28</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At Jennifer Fisher, we believe our people are our greatest asset, and we seek to structure competitive compensation offers to ensure that we are able to attract and retain the best talent.
