You'll provide clinical services, health assessments, and case management, contributing to our mission of helping individuals enjoy better and longer lives.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You'll Do:</span></p>\n<p>Grow your career while supporting cutting-edge science—join us in delivering Occupational Health Services at <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Eli Lilly.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Clinical Care:</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct nursing assessments and interventions within the scope of practice.</li>\n<li>Evaluate employees with work-related injuries and illnesses for fitness for duty.</li>\n<li>Provide first aid and triage for on-site employees and contractors.</li>\n<li>Offer return-to-work clearances for employees.</li>\n<li>Perform required screenings and manage credentialing programs.</li>\n<li>Provide pre-employment and annual physicals.</li>\n<li>Deliver educational offerings to employees.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with the client's staff.</li>\n<li>Lead or participate in special projects assigned by client leadership.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Medical Surveillance:</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct and manage required surveillance examinations.</li>\n<li>Provide medical surveillance support for client employees.</li>\n<li>Perform health assessments, including physical assessments and selected tests.</li>\n<li>Communicate determinations of employee fitness for work to management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Medical Emergency Response:</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide first-line injury and illness care for work-related conditions.</li>\n<li>Offer emergency medical response as required.</li>\n<li>Interface with local hospitals and emergency medical providers to ensure quality and continuity of care.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Case Management:</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide personal and work-related injury case management following client policies and guidelines.</li>\n<li>Offer medical advice/input to site leadership on work-relatedness of injuries/illnesses.</li>\n<li>Organize independent medical examinations as appropriate and in coordination with the client.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Health Promotion Program:</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promote and support client wellness programs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Medical Record and Administrative Tasks:</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure adequate clinical documentation of services provided.</li>\n<li>Handle administrative tasks such as faxing, scanning, copying, clinic scheduling, medical waste management, and more.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We're Looking For:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Qualifications:</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Current RN license in the state of Indiana.</li>\n<li>BLS Certification required.</li>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in nursing.</li>\n<li>Certification in Occupational Health Nursing is desirable.</li>\n<li>3-5 years of nursing experience; 2-5 years of occupational health nursing preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Competencies Required:</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of anatomy &amp; physiology, toxicology, health promotion, lifestyle risk factors, and ergonomics.</li>\n<li>Certification in Hearing Conservation and Spirometry is desirable.</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of laws, standards, and safety regulations in occupational health (OSHA, FMLA, Workers Compensation).</li>\n<li>Familiarity with epidemiology, safety, industrial hygiene, wellness, and behavioral change theory.</li>\n<li>Emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and motivation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>401(k) retirement plan</li>\n<li>PPE and safety gear provided</li>\n<li>Educational assistance and certification support</li>\n<li>Employee discounts and benefits </li>\n<li>Healthcare</li>\n<li>Company paid Disability, and Life Insurance</li>\n<li>A supportive team culture rooted in care and service</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule:  Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. </span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join us at BHS and be a part of a team that values excellence, integrity, service, and humility.
