Understands and ensures compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, State and Federal rules and regulations, Joint Commission standards and patient&rsquo;s medical needs</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">&middot; Performing thorough psychiatric/substance use disorders evaluations</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">&middot; Performing thorough History and Physical on admission</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">&middot; Completing Daily Progress Notes and Discharge Summaries in a timely fashion</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">&middot; Placing all necessary orders</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">&middot; Working with treatment team and hospital administration regarding peer to peer evaluations</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">&middot; Working closely with treatment team regarding management of patients during the stay</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">&middot; Ensuring turning in time sheets within designated time frame</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">&nbsp;&middot; PMHNP must have good listening skills, and a compassion to help.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">&middot; PMHNP must know when to listen and when to prescribe.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">&middot; Believe in Quality over quantity with patient visits.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">&middot;
