RGI, established in 1908, has the distinction of being recognized as the largest privately held aggregate producer in the United States.</p><p>We have 86 quarries and 56 asphalt plants across Tennessee, Mississippi, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Kentucky, Arkansas, Texas, Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio.</p><p>Rogers Group is seeking a <strong>Night Maintenance/Millwright Technician</strong> to fill the night shift position at our Springdale Quarry located in <strong>Springdale, Arkansas</strong>. &nbsp;The successful candidate will have experience in maintenance with a mechanical aptitude. &nbsp;Hours of operation must be flexible and will require night and weekend work as well.&nbsp;&nbsp;Overtime is required as needed. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><ul><li>Full Time</li><li>Night Shift</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Plant repair; maintain crushers, conveyors, and screens.</li><li>Diagnose mechanical issues with quarry equipment, including hydraulic failures, electrical malfunctions, and engine problems.</li><li>Fabricate parts/weld broken parts needed for repair of the plant</li><li>Perform servicing and general maintenance for all areas of the plant</li><li>Regularly inspect all quarry equipment for signs of wear, damage, or potential failure, including belts, bearings, hydraulic lines, and electrical components.</li><li>Properly follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA / environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment</li><li>Other duties as assigned by management</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Uncompromising focus on safety excellence.</li><li>Mechanical aptitude/ability to diagnose and perform plant repairs as needed.</li><li>Previous fixed plant maintenance or related industry experience is required.</li><li>Experience working with crushers, conveyors and screens is preferred but not required.</li><li>Experience in fabricating, cutting, and stick and MIG welding is a plus</li><li>Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, direction, and work planning for plant maintenance, fabrication, and heavy repair projects.</li><li>Self-motivated individual - must be able to perform required duties independently, without constant supervision.</li><li>Must be flexible on working hours and locations with the ability to adapt to different work environments.</li></ul><p style=\"background-color: white;
