          "text": "<p>We are seeking a qualified Technical Training Instructor to support a premium Automotive OEM at the OEM training facility in Atlanta, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for improving the diagnostic capabilities of professional dealership technicians.&#xa0;</p><p>The primary purpose of this role is the training of dealership technicians in the diagnostic strategies and proper repair of vehicle systems by facilitating service technical training classes at the Regional Training Center.</p><p><strong>Day to Day Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare workshops and vehicles for experiential learning.</li><li>Facilitate training workshops for dealership technicians, with the goal of improving diagnosis and repair competencies.</li><li>Ensure Regional Training Facility, tools, student guides, literature, vehicles, and training center are properly maintained.</li><li>Verify learners’ understanding of the subject matter using competency-based training.</li><li>Identify additional training needs based on learners’ feedback and assessment of skills.</li><li>Maintain attendee training records in learning portal.</li><li>Collaborate regularly with Corporate, Regional, and Dealership team members to accomplish Corporate, Regional, and training department goals,</li><li>Perform light to medium lifting requirements in repair shop operation management.</li><li>Ability to travel and train at additional locations, as required.</li><li>Assist Corporate Training staff in the development of technical training curriculum as required.</li><li>Assist Program Manager with scheduling for effective coverage of curriculum.</li><li>Continually enhance technical instructional facilitation skills, technical knowledge of vehicle systems, and diagnostic technology.</li><li>Comply with health and safety standards and maintain a safe work environment in the Training Center.</li><li>Maintain shop cleanliness and follow published 5S standards.</li><li>Maintain a professional relationship with customers and supplier personnel.</li><li>Maintain and use equipment in the workshop to operational standard.</li><li>Take reasonable pre-cautions to protect company vehicles.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>6 or more years of work experience in automotive technical repair and diagnostics</li><li>3 or more years of work experience training OEM dealership technicians</li><li>Knowledge and experience with electric vehicle technology a plus</li><li>Professional Certification (OEM Master Technician or ASE Master technician)</li><li>Ability to read, interpret and explain mechanical drawings and electrical schematics</li><li>Experience preparing classrooms, workshops, and vehicles for learning</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) a plus</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Automotive Technology a plus</li><li>Strongly preferred Bilingual English and Spanish</li><li>Must have a valid driver’s license</li><li>Excellent time management skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Charismatic personality and passion for adult education</li><li>Excellent classroom facilitation skills</li><li>Shop Management skills</li><li>Thrives working independently but also enjoys working as part of a larger team</li></ul>",
