The ideal candidate has experience in data engineering and analytics and has progressed into BI leadership, ideally within an affiliate or performance marketing company. You will lead a small BI team, own the data platform, and translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth. Candidates with hands-on experience building and scaling BI systems to support business decision-making are especially well-suited for this role.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What you'll do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Lead and develop the company’s Business Intelligence function, covering data engineering, analytics, and reporting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, warehouse models, and semantic layers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure data quality, consistency of metrics, and accurate reporting across all marketing channels.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Conduct advanced performance analyses across traffic sources, funnels, cohorts, lifetime value, and profitability to guide strategy.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Define and implement scalable BI processes, standards, and best practices to support business growth.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Lead, mentor, and grow the BI team of data analysts, engineers, and developers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Set and manage the BI roadmap, balancing immediate business needs with long-term platform scalability.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate closely with Monetization, Product, and Finance teams to enhance tracking, improve data collection, and ensure accurate, actionable reporting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What we're looking for</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">6+ years of experience in data roles, combining analytics and engineering expertise.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience in an affiliate or performance marketing company.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Hands-on experience building and scaling BI systems, including pipelines, warehouses, dashboards, and analytics frameworks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience managing a small BI team with both data analysts and data engineers reporting directly.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong SQL skills and experience with Python for analysis, automation, and data modeling.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in BI and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Expertise in performance analysis, cohort analysis, lifetime value, forecasting, and experimentation including A/B testing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience defining KPIs, attribution models, and maintaining high data quality standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
