Description

Overview ***Sign-On or Relocation Bonus of up to $10,000*** For nearly 30 years, Women’s Imaging Center (“WIC”) has been Colorado’s most trusted destination for compassionate and specialized women’s imaging care where patients look forward to returning year after year. Our 4.9 rating across more than 5,000 Google reviews doesn't happen by accident. It happens because of our Team. Many of our technologists, medical assistants, and radiologists have been with us for over 20 years. The care they bring isn’t just professional, it’s personal. When you join WIC, you're not just filling a role — you're becoming part of a close-knit, experienced group that genuinely loves what they do and feels their talents lie in helping other women. If you're an experienced mammography technologist who takes pride in the work you do, and do it with expertise and heart, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities What Your Days Look Like We believe the right schedule makes you a better technologist. We work with you to find hours that actually fit your life. And the place you'll spend those hours? Calm, focused, and genuinely upbeat. No hospital noise. No institutional politics. Just good people doing important work. Your day starts the same way every time, making your patients feel seen, respected, and at ease. The next part is dependent on your professional skills, which we are willing to develop or enhance. On a typical day you might: Guide your patient through the performance of her routine annual screening — answering questions, easing anxiety, and providing information, especially for first time patients. Work up diagnostic exams alongside one of our specialist radiologists, using your positioning expertise and clinical instincts to obtain the optimal imaging for the radiologist's interpretation, working within what is possible (or not) to obtain. Support a patient who is nervous about a callback — your calm, confident presence makes all the difference in how she experiences that moment. Collaborate with a tight-knit team of Technologists, MAs, and Radiologists who genuinely care about your professional development and success. We perform 3D screening and diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound, MRI, DEXA, and image-guided biopsy often moving from screening to diagnosis within 24 hours. That continuity of care is rare. Our patients feel it, and so will you. You won’t find that elsewhere in Colorado. If you are not familiar with Centennial state, we have over 300 days of sunshine a year, close access to the Rocky Mountains, great education options, and quality of life that consistently rank among the best in the country. Your Impact and Growth Routine screening is the backbone of what we do — and doing it well requires developed skill. But it's in diagnostic workups where your expertise becomes truly vital. When a patient returns for additional imaging, she's scared. Your ability to stay calm, communicate clearly, position precisely, and work efficiently doesn’t just shape her experience in that moment, it shapes how she feels about coming back. Beyond the daily work, there’s room to grow. Learn image-guided biopsy, DEXA or support Quality Control measures. Show us what you’re capable of. We’re paying attention. Qualifications What We're Looking For ARRT(R)(M) registered — mammography certification required ACR-standard positioning skills you've genuinely practiced and refined 1 or more year(s) of mammography experience preferred. Will consider a motivated new graduate with strong clinical skills. Comfortable with screening and diagnostic workups — somewhere you shine A communicator: with patients, with radiologists, with your Team Someone who sees the person behind every image Schedule & Locations Primary location: Cherry Creek / Denver (3773 Cherry Creek North Drive) Satellite locations: Westminster and Lakewood Part-Time: Must have availability Monday, Thursday, and/or Friday. Occasional weekend availability if you prefer weekend work but not required. Full-Time: Monday–Friday outpatient schedule. No evenings, no after hours and no weekends required. Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $45 – $59 / hour based on experience plus, up to $10,000 sign-on or relocation bonus Full-time team members receive: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits Generous PTO Paid Short Term Disability and Maternity Leave 401(k) program A team of experienced, genuinely friendly colleagues who show up for each other Part-time team members receive: Holiday pay PTO 401(k) Ready to Join Us? The culture is different here, the reason our Technologists and other Team members drive past other mammogram centers and hospitals on their way to work at The WIC. We are an equal opportunity employer. Hiring decisions are administered without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, or any other basis protected by applicable federal, state, or local law. We embrace diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all team members.
