This role is responsible for leading a safe work environment while driving quality, productivity, and team performance in a fast-paced manufacturing operation. The ideal candidate is a floor leader who can build strong teams, stay informed, make quick decisions, and act decisively.</p><p>Every day we bring our customers&#39; labels and packaging to life &mdash; come grow your career with us!</p><p><strong>Shift Details</strong></p><p>&bull; Monday&ndash;Friday | 2:00 PM &ndash; 10:00 PM<br> &bull; Overtime and occasional schedule flexibility as business needs require<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>&bull; Lead and supervise Press and Finishing operations on assigned shift<br>&nbsp;&bull; Promote and maintain a strong safety culture with safety as the number one priority in all decisions and actions<br>&nbsp;&bull; Ensure quality standards are met and support teams in delivering products that meet customer expectations<br>&nbsp;&bull; Drive production performance and productivity while maintaining safety and quality standards<br>&nbsp;&bull; Maintain a strong presence on the production floor and provide hands-on support where needed<br>&nbsp;&bull; Coach, train, and develop employees while creating a culture of accountability, engagement, and teamwork<br>&nbsp;&bull; Escalate and address production issues quickly to minimize downtime and maintain schedule attainment<br>&nbsp;&bull; Partner with Scheduling, Customer Service, Maintenance, Quality, and leadership teams to ensure priorities are aligned<br>&nbsp;&bull; Monitor staffing, labor utilization, machine performance, and workflow throughout the shift<br>&nbsp;&bull; Support continuous improvement efforts and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and improve throughput<br>&nbsp;&bull; Lead by example and foster a positive work environment</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><strong>Required:</strong><br>&nbsp;&bull; High school diploma or Technical/Vocational degree<br>&nbsp;&bull; 5+ years of flexographic printing or label manufacturing experience<br>&nbsp;&bull; Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability<br>&nbsp;&bull; Strong communication and leadership skills<br> &bull; Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and make decisions with urgency<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Preferred:</strong><br>&nbsp;&bull; Previous leadership or supervisory experience<br>&nbsp;&bull; Experience leading teams in a manufacturing or printing environment<br>&nbsp;&bull; Experience driving employee engagement and team development</p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>&bull; Medical, dental, and vision insurance<br>&nbsp;&bull; PTO and paid holidays<br>&nbsp;&bull; Short- and long-term disability<br>&nbsp;&bull; Life insurance and additional benefits</p><p>Compensation based on experience and qualifications.</p><p><br></p></div>\n",
