This position also collaborates with leadership on comprehensive training and coaching programs that enhance staff readiness and overall performance outcomes.</span></p><h2><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Essential Job Requirements</span></h2><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Establishes and communicates monthly QA monitoring targets</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Manages QA team performance to ensure completion and achievement of established targets for the Income Maintenance mailroom.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Utilizes trend analysis data to identify and escalate issues, design refresher topics, and improve new hire training.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Researches, develops, and implements new features, technologies, programs and methods to improve QA processes.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Reviews training surveys and integrate feedback to improve the training program.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Meets with managers to review training curriculum, technologies, and delivery to improve training quality, trainee readiness, and staff retention.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Oversees training programs for outreach team, supervisors, leads, and other levels of levels of project staff.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Ensures all training material updates and improvements are made in a timely manner.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Develops and improves knowledge testing methods and technologies.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Regular and timely attendance</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Other duties as assigned</li></ul><h2><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Required Education</span></h2><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">High School diploma or equivalent required</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Bachelor&#39;s degree in education, training, or related field preferred</li></ul><h2><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Required Experience</span></h2><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">At least one year of work experience as a trainer in a related field is required.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Experience coaching, training, and motivating employees.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Demonstrated interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and ability to work productively with all levels in an organization.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Relevant computer skills such as PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Experience with state programs is preferred.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
