If you are equipped with outstanding communication skills and a desire to work with top-notch professionals worldwide, this is the right place for you.<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li> Maintain full recruiting life cycle/end-to-end recruiting process;</li>\n<li>Searching for candidates using different sourcing techniques and tools;</li>\n<li>Headhunting candidates across different countries; Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process;</li>\n<li>Maintaining hiring pipelines within the BambooHR Hiring ATS system;</li>\n<li>Managing CV screening, scheduling, organising, and conducting interviews;</li>\n<li>Ensuring a structured and consistent interview process, including timely feedback delivery;</li>\n<li>Active collaboration with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process;</li>\n<li>Conducting recruitment training sessions for the interviewers.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills &amp; Experience:</span> <br>Core recruitment skills:</p>\n<ul>\n<li> 2+ years of experience in recruitment (IT recruitment preferred);</li>\n<li>Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management);</li>\n<li>Knowledge of direct search/headhunting techniques and recruiting/sourcing tools;</li>\n<li>Good understanding of the IT job market and familiarity with the technical terminology;</li>\n<li>Experience in recruiting a wide variety of roles in IT and a desire to work on non-IT roles (finance, marketing, legal, etc.);</li>\n<li>Experience in collaboration with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations;</li>\n<li>Upper-intermediate English level or higher is a must!<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Soft Skills: <br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;</li>\n<li>High level of organisation and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously;</li>\n<li>Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset;</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to completion;</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Will be a plus:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in closing non-IT roles;</li>\n<li>Experience in closing roles for iGaming businesses;</li>\n<li>Experience in headhunting candidates at exhibitions and live events.<br><br><br><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">If you find this opportunity right for you, don't hesitate to apply or get in touch with us if you have any questions!</span></p>",
