Cloud Capital acquires, manages, develops, and operates data centers to become the long-term owner and operator of choice for tenants globally.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What the Role Entails</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The Senior Accounting Manager will report directly to the CAO and will maintain the books and records of our fund entities and assist with the quarterly reporting requirements to our investors, lenders and management. This person will also coordinate with our property management team to review the accounting close for our investment properties to ensure accurate asset-level reporting as well as monitor for REIT compliance.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p><p><br></p><p>· Review the accounting close for our investment properties prepared by our property management team.&nbsp;</p><p>· Participate in the quarterly NAV and financial statement process, reviewing work prepared by our third-party fund administrator.</p><p>· Reviewing financial statements and other investor reporting to ensure proper reflection and allocation of activity.</p><p>· Assist with all investor reporting and requests including capital calls, distributions, and reporting.</p><p>· Ensure accurate asset-level financial reporting to management, lenders and investors, as well as monitor REIT compliance.</p><p>· Prepare periodic lender reporting for our investment properties and ensure compliance and reporting deadlines are met.</p><p>· Prepare monthly cash management waterfalls for investment properties, where required.</p><p>· Maintain the accounting books and records of our fund entities in Yardi</p><p>· Assist with the annual audit process for our funds and properties.</p><p>· Assist with KYC requests for new investors, lenders and banks.&nbsp;</p><p>· Monitor legal compliance with various fund agreements and arrangements.</p><p>· Respond promptly to investor requests, audit confirmations&nbsp;</p><p>· Work with the CloudHQ corporate team to ensure Cloud Capital accounts payable are properly coded and paid timely.
