    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p>&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">The primary responsibility of a Stock Clerk is to ensure customer satisfaction by neatly and accurately stocking the sales floor shelves in a timely manner. </span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">A Stock Clerk also increases customer loyalty by assisting all customers with courteous, pleasant, patient service and treatment.</span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES</strong></span><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">You MUST perform the following duties regularly and up to company standards:</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Promptly, courteously and efficiently greet, thank, offer assistance, and meet the needs of all customers.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Retrieve merchandise from the store warehouse, transport it to the sales floor, and display it neatly in the correct locations.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Keep shelves fronted (pull merchandise to the front of shelves) and well stocked throughout the day, rotating items as needed.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Build end displays for sale and promotion merchandise, and keep it well stocked.</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>NON-ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES</strong></span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">In order to provide the best possible service to our customers, the following duties are also required on an as-needed basis, during slow periods, or upon instruction by a supervisor, manager or designated person-in-charge.</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Make and display shelf talkers and signs.</span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Report price label errors to the POS department.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Assist the store warehouse with receiving duties.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Answer phone calls as needed.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Order merchandise as needed.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Assemble special orders for customers.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Price and code various merchandise as needed. Red tag or reduce items if necessary.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Perform hourly sweep log duties.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Keep aisles clear, neat and clean.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Clean display shelves as needed.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse area.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Discard trash and cardboard boxes.</span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Bale rubbish when baler is full.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Pick up merchandise from other locations.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Assist with quarterly inventory.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Perform other duties as required or assigned.</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>WORK HOURS</strong><br>•\tGenerally be available for work 7 days a week and holidays, between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm.</p>\n<p><br><strong>QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS</strong><br><strong><ins>Skills and Knowledge</ins></strong>: Must have basic math skills, be able to multi task to accomplish work on time, be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with workers, vendors and management, and be able to work under minimal or no supervision.</p>\n<p><strong><ins>Education and Experience</ins></strong>:  None.<br><br><strong><ins>Age Restrictions</ins></strong>:  <br>•\tMust be at least 16 years of age to use a case cutter.<br>•\tMust be at least 18 years of age to operate a trash baler, freight elevator, and any power driven equipment.<br>•\tMust be at least 18 years of age and have a valid Driver License to operate a forklift and company vehicle.
