          "text": "<p>OUSW (R&amp;E) is seeking a highly skilled senior software systems engineer to be the technical lead for a complex project involving the design, development, integration and assessment of complex System of Systems (SoS) architectures for multi-domain autonomous uncrewed platforms (air, surface, and subsurface) in tactical operations over contested radio networks.</p><p>This role combines software architecture and systems engineering expertise to prototype advanced, multi-domain autonomy, AI-enabled command and control, and distributed system-of-systems operations. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor and technical expert with experience guiding model-based systems engineering activities, SoS integration, and test activities across virtual, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL), and live experimentation venues.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead the development, implementation and evolution of MOSA-aligned SoS architecture to integrate uncrewed platforms across multiple domains.</li><li>Lead the software integration of advanced autonomy capabilities for mission orchestration, multi-vehicle coordination, and human-supervised command and control of Agentic-AI based solutions from multiple industry partners.</li><li>Lead the engineering of resilient command, control, and data exchange mechanisms over tactical radio networks (e.g., MANET, Link-16, SATCOM) to ensure operations in degraded, disconnected, or contested environments.</li><li>Coordinate technical integration across software products from multiple industry partners into vehicle platforms and payloads from other industry partners.</li><li>Coordinate System Eng &amp; Architecture activities with M&amp;S and test activities on a continuous basis to ensure alignment throughout execution.</li><li>Serve as a key interface for government stakeholders, industry partners, and technical teams, aligning objectives with OUSW(R&amp;E), Service stakeholders, and transition partners.</li><li>Provide technical guidance for digital engineering, mission simulation, and test planning activities.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.</li><li>10+ years of proven experience in software architecture, systems engineering, and integration within the defense aerospace or maritime sectors.</li><li>Deep working knowledge of unmanned and autonomous systems, cross-domain platform integration, and complex System of Systems (SoS) engineering.</li><li>Strong understanding of RF communications, tactical data links, mesh networking, and secure communications protocols suitable for defense applications.</li><li>Cognizant of state of the technology in Agentic AI and multi-agent systems for autonomy capabilities.</li><li>Experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including interactions with the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, Military Services, or OSD organizations.</li><li>Proven ability to communicate complex technical findings to senior leadership, technical experts, and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Active Top Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred).</li></ul>",
