You’ll cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and prepare and deliver proposals, contracts and presentations. You’ll also:&nbsp;</div><ul><li><!--block-->Manage and oversee all phases of site development and civil engineering projects, including planning, design, permitting, and construction assistance.</li><li><!--block-->Lead and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and technicians to deliver high-quality project outcomes.</li><li><!--block-->Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and reports related to grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater management, and site layout.</li><li><!--block-->Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules while ensuring adherence to client expectations and technical standards.</li><li><!--block-->Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li><!--block-->Support business development efforts by preparing proposals, attending client meetings, and identifying new project opportunities.</li><li><!--block-->Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations and permitting processes.</li></ul><div><!--block--><strong>What It Takes</strong></div><ul><li><!--block-->Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.</li><li><!--block-->Professional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsin or Illinois, or ability to obtain within 6 months.</li><li><!--block-->5+ years of progressive experience in civil/site development engineering, including project management responsibilities.</li><li><!--block-->Proven track record managing land development, commercial, industrial, or municipal projects.</li><li><!--block-->Strong technical knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater management, roadway design, and utility systems.</li><li><!--block-->Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software.</li><li><!--block-->Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.</li><li><!--block-->Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and client relationships simultaneously.</li></ul><div><!--block--><strong>What You’ll Get</strong></div><div><!--block-->You’ll have the opportunity to grow professionally at a progressive firm that’s been improving communities since 1973.
