You’ll manage your own caseload, delivering training, workshops, and reviews to develop skills, knowledge, and behaviours that support timely and successful achievement.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>With robust support and clear progression across levels, you’ll grow in autonomy, responsibility, and impact while helping learners reach their full potential.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We offer three levels with this role:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Junior Sustainability Coach</li>\n<li>Sustainability Coach</li>\n<li>Senior Sustainability Coach</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities &amp; Role Expectations</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Junior Sustainability Coach</span></p>\n<p>You are building your coaching experience and growing in confidence managing learners.</p>\n<p>In this role, you’ll:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support Level 3 and 4 learners to build portfolios for end point assessments</li>\n<li>Assist in managing up to 56 learners through their apprenticeship via training days, workshops, and quarterly reviews</li>\n<li>Facilitate technical workshops and personal development microteaches</li>\n<li>Maintain high-quality programme standards, collaborating with your QDA</li>\n<li>Establish positive relationships with learners, employers, and internal stakeholders</li>\n<li>Track learner progress via SMART online classroom and manage off-the-job hours</li>\n<li>Attend standardisation meetings and maintain accurate records</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sustainability Coach</span></p>\n<p>You are confident managing a learner caseload and delivering high-quality apprenticeship coaching.</p>\n<p>In this role, you’ll:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support Level 3 and 4 learners to build portfolios and achieve end point assessments</li>\n<li>Manage a caseload of up to 56 learners, delivering training, workshops, and microteaches</li>\n<li>Track learner progress through 1:1 and group sessions, managing milestones and off-the-job hours</li>\n<li>Maintain high-quality programme standards in line with awarding body requirements</li>\n<li>Build strong relationships with learners, employers, and internal stakeholders</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance</li>\n<li>Contribute to the growth and development of apprenticeship provision</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Senior Sustainability Coach</span></p>\n<p>You bring additional experience, technical credibility, and autonomy within apprenticeship delivery.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support Level 3 and 4 learners to build portfolios and achieve end point assessments</li>\n<li>Manage a caseload of learners, delivering training, workshops, and reviews to develop skills and behaviours</li>\n<li>Track learner progress and manage milestones using 1:1 and group sessions via SMART</li>\n<li>Maintain high-quality programme standards and ensure compliance with awarding body requirements</li>\n<li>Build strong relationships with learners, employers, and internal stakeholders</li>\n<li>Keep records, training plans, and occupational knowledge up to date</li>\n<li>Contribute to the growth and development of apprenticeship provision</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Knowledge, Skills &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, PCET, AET) and/or experience in a Corporate Responsibility or Sustainability role</li>\n<li>Proven experience delivering apprenticeship programmes</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong rapport and understanding with learners</li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to challenge constructively and provide developmental feedback</li>\n<li>Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively</li>\n<li>Flexible and resilient, with a thorough and logical approach to problem-solving</li>\n<li>Confident using a range of IT systems and databases</li>\n<li>Open, honest, and transparent communicator with the determination to see solutions through to completion</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Desirable Skills &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, PCET, AET) and/or experience in a Corporate Responsibility or Sustainability role</li>\n<li>Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or equivalent</li>\n<li>Proven experience delivering apprenticeship programmes</li>\n<li>Knowledge of the apprenticeship sector and standards</li>\n<li>Recognised Sustainability and Environmental Compliance qualifications such as IEMA Foundation/Practitioner (now IESP), Carbon Literacy certification, or ISO 14001 Auditor</li>\n<li>Experience in stakeholder engagement and behaviour change</li>\n<li>Experience contributing to sustainability strategy and ongoing maintenance</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of environmental and sustainability concepts, frameworks, and systems including ESG, net zero, Scope 1/2/3, and ISO 14001</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Our Benefits</span></p>\n<p>At Baltic, we’re committed to creating an environment where you can thrive – professionally, personally, and socially.
