This role is designed for a student seeking real-world experience building production applications, working with operational manufacturing data, and collaborating directly with IT, engineering, and operations teams.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Co-ops at Lennox are structured, development-focused roles designed to provide meaningful hands-on experience in a real manufacturing and business environment. This position offers exposure to cross-functional teams and the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to real-world challenges.Successful co-ops may be considered for future full-time opportunities upon graduation. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $20-$25. This rate is based on the intern's current year in their respective university programs. Graduate students may receive a higher rate of pay based on their year in school.
